Mahadi qualified as a barrister and then he qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Having worked with both East End and West End firms in London, Mahadi has acquired technical skills and developed key industry contacts. Mahadi has also achieved an MBA which enables him to provide a wide range of business related professional services. His key expertise lies in dealing with acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial properties, in particular – negotiating new leases; assignment of existing leases together with purchase or sale of small businesses; purchase and sale of freehold properties, and landlord and tenant related matters.
