Barry has been with Vivash Brand and its predecessor firm Brand and Co for nearly 25 years and has considerable experience in many aspects of Civil Litigation Practice and Employment matters.

Barry takes a very pragmatic view of Litigation generally and will often try and negotiate a settlement. He believes court proceedings should always be a last resort as these can be both time consuming for the participants and increasingly expensive.

He would always be happy to fully discuss any problems you may have and explore ways to resolve the issues in the most economical and time sensitive manner.
